Job Description

The Growth Marketing Manager is a strategic, data-driven marketer who will drive growth and awareness of Caviar in key markets. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Product, and Local Market teams to manage local marketing campaigns and optimize for growth in a competitive space. You’ll become an expert in the needs and preferences of Caviar diners and proactively seek strategic opportunities to drive new diner acquisition and affinity for Caviar in local markets.

You’re a results-oriented marketer with demonstrated experience in managing campaigns end-to-end. You take a customer-centric approach, and you’re passionate about doing what’s right for the customers and the brand. You are an excellent communicator, project manager, and strategic thinker. You count building cross-functional relationships and driving results among your core competencies. Most importantly, you are eager to roll up your sleeves to find opportunities and efficiencies in a fast-moving company at the forefront of on-demand food ordering. Also, you probably love food.

Position can be based in San Francisco or New York City.

You will:

  • Develop, drive, and execute multi-channel customer acquisition and engagement programs in key markets
  • Identify and test tactics to drive new diner growth and create playbooks to scale nationally
  • Work closely with the Growth Marketing Lead, City General Managers, and the Square creative team on brand, restaurant, and growth campaigns
  • Optimize feedback loops and progress reports, providing local teams with recommendations that are insightful, actionable, and data-driven

You have:

  • 2+ years of product, brand, partnership, and/or product marketing experience
  • Experience setting strategies and driving execution
  • Experience measuring impact of marketing campaigns, running A/B tests, and making data-driven decisions
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, ready to turn creative concepts into measurable results
  • Ability to work with minimal oversight in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • in restaurant marketing not required, but appreciated
